Every time you connect to our website, we store a log of your visit that shows the unique number your machine uses when it is connected to the internet – its IP address. Email Mailing List & Marketing Messages
We operate an email mailing list program, used to inform users about services, products and/or news we supply/publish. Users can subscribe through an online automated process where they have given their explicit permission and we also contact individuals who have expressed an interest in information related to automation systems via our strategic partners. Subscriber personal details are collected, processed, managed and stored in accordance with the regulations named above.
Subscribers can unsubscribe at any time through an automated online service, or other means as detailed in the footer of sent marketing messages. The type and content of marketing messages subscribers receive will be clearly outlined at the point of subscription.
Email marketing messages may contain tracking beacons / tracked clickable links or similar server technologies in order to track subscriber activity within email marketing messages. Where used, such marketing messages may record a range of subscriber data relating to engagement, geographic, demographics and already stored subscriber data.
We also use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to manage the delivery of our emails. We endeavour to hold all personal information secure and private in accordance with our internal security procedures and English law. The information that you provide will be held securely by us and/or our data processors whether the information is in electronic or physical format.
